We've moved into our new house, where I'll be for the next three days before I travel to Italy.

Recently, I've been really digging the '100 Days 100 Nights' record, by Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings. Good moving music.

I have been severely neglecting my blog and my flickr lately. For the past several months, I've experienced a complete upheaval in my studio practice, and have really been putting in the hours trying to get things sorted out. Things are very much in the air. It's exciting, but nerve racking at the same time.

Regardless, I haven't felt much like putting myself into words. I have, however, been using my tumblr more or less regularly. And of course, I am always adding links to my delicious.

Let's keep in touch.

Silence Piece.

I'm starting a new project tomorrow, which some of you may be interested in.

Beginning at 10 am, tomorrow morning, I am not going to say anything, to anyone, for any reason, for one week.

I will not be taking or receiving phone calls, nor will I be writing or reading emails. I am reducing all communication to nonverbal forms that have to happen right in front of me. I am attempting to make myself invisible.

If you like, you can watch my progress here, which I will be updating and posting to daily.

See you in a week.

Waiting for the Train

Emily at the Hostile

I've been trying to upload some pictures from our recent group trip to New York City, but Flickr has been experiencing some problems lately, and it's been a slow process. In the meantime, you can see more here.
